As we are all forced to adapt our methods of working due to the COVID-19 outbreak and restrictions placed on our movements, we at Chartwell have used the tools at at our disposal to provide our customers with service continuity required to maintain their buildings’ HVAC control systems & provide valuable, expert support in these uncertain times.
We are now offering to all our customers, the Chartwell Remote Maintenance & Support Service as a replacement for our usual site visits. Using the cutting edge IOT technology that underpins our Connect+ Bureau Services and our remote desktop access app – Chartwell Connect, we are able to carry out 60-70% of controller servicing tasks, as well as provide operational support & remote emergency breakdown cover.
We have already begun the roll out to some of our clients who currently use our Bureau service and we’ve also provided connectivity solutions to our clients who did not yet have remote access to their sites’ BeMS network and devices, so they could also enjoy the benefits of minimal service disruption and the peace of mind that comes with knowing their building is being monitored & maintained remotely!
