Jon Crane (pictured to the right) takes on a broader set of responsibilities in his new position as group operations manager. To date, Jon has focused on Chartwell’s service division but an expanded role will see him work across all parts of the group, including Controls, Energy Solutions, Service and Doors and Security Solutions.
“This opportunity will enable me to implement new procedures and enhance existing processes across all the businesses within the Chartwell group, which will be instrumental to our continued growth,” Jon says.
Kevin Roberts joined Chartwell in June as key account manager for our energy and service division. With an impressive industry CV (which includes 13 years at Mitie and 10 years at Trend), Kevin will become the first point of contact for the company’s existing client base, reporting to director Alan King and working closely alongside group operations manager Jon Crane.
“Chartwell’s engineering expertise is already well recognised throughout the BeMS sector,” says Kevin, “but the innovation and strong, sustained growth of the group’s energy division has caught many by surprise.
